It would be better if you can provide us with as much information as possible in your email, including your Saudia Umrah booking reference and Umrah dates where applicable, for us to get to the problem quickly.
It is important to follow this procedure so we can investigate and rectify your complaint during your Umrah pilgrimage. Please note, failing to inform us in time may affect your rights under this contract.
